Prelude
Data Rules the World
Every day, an average human makes 35,000 decisions. These decisions are driven by data, and the success of the outcome depends on how well the data was analyzed. The most powerful people in the world use data to conquer. Presidents use data to plan strategic offenses, Citadel analyzes terabytes per day to find hidden patterns and generates 66% returns per year, and companies use data to optimize operations in every aspect of business. All are different, but they share one thing in common: they are all experts at analyzing data to optimize their decision-making and maximize outcomes in every situation.
Data is the new oil. AI labs like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic, and Grok are all competing for more effective computing power, while high-frequency trading firms pay $5M per year for on-site servers across all U.S. exchanges and ECNs to receive data faster. We've created RAX as a special project to answer one question: how can we use data to generate the biggest returns?
"The real war in AI isn't fought with algorithms — it's fought with data. Whoever controls the richest, cleanest, and most diverse datasets controls the future."
